When Should I Hire a Coordinator





The big question that I always get from brides is when should I hire a planner and do I really even need a planner?
Well here is the answers:
If you are a bride that wants to plan everything and have friends that just got married..... I suggest you ask your friends for some referrals on vendors and start the planning process. When you get about 2 months before your wedding I suggest you hire your planner to tie up all the loose ends and take over the contact with your vendors. This also allows you to start enjoying this time with your family & friends, instead of stressing on details.
If you are a bride that wants nothing to do with the planning of you wedding and no time..... I suggest you bite the bullet and hire the planner right away. All you have to do is get updates and make decisions from choices your coordinator selected. Planning a wedding is time consuming and if you want it done right just hire a professional.
If you are a bride on a budget but want to hire a coordinator...... I suggested you hire a day of coordinator from the start. More then likely the coordinator you hire will be more then willing to refer you to their vendors. I personally have unlimited calls & emails from the time you make that deposit. You will get the best of both worlds some help with vendor selection as well as you day of coordinator.
