Sorry I have been away for a few days but things have been CRAZY needless to day. I wanted to blog just a little bit and tell you about some new creations on the cupcake menu that we have been so busy working on. Here are the 4 different flavors we have been working with.

1. Lemon Cupcake with a Gummy Bear flavored caramel mixed with crispy bacon & it's topped with a gummy bear cream cheese frosting. I know it sounds wired but YUMMY I promise
2. Banana Cupcake with a Peanut Butter Crunchy Mousse and frosted with a chocolate fudge frosting.
3. Blueberry Cupcake with a Bourbon Cream Cheese Frosting
4. Chocolate Cupcake with a fresh raspberry ganache filled center and topped with raspberry frosting

Getting Married and Planning a Wedding

If your planning your wedding I know this is a very exciting event in your life and I know it is very stressful. Flowers, Places, Food, Family & Money is a complete combination to chaos. At times when your so wrapped up with everything that is going on you forget to make that time with your Fiance. Don't forget why you are getting married because you love this person with all your heart and committing to that person for the rest of your life. So don't lose site of your Fiance make time for them at least once a week take an hour or a date night and talk about nothing wedding, just life. Your blessed to have this person in your life so hang on tight to that person and don't let this one day come between the love of your life. Photo Booths

Photo Booths are fantastic at any event. It is a good way to see all your guests having fun and being silly at your party. A lot of photo booths will give you a way of making scrapbooks so you can see all of the photos after the event. I think this can also double as a favor as well. Your guests will have photos from your event as well as you will have copies for yourself. So if you have the extra funds in your budget this is a splurge I would recommend. Halloween Costume Handy Down

Hello everyone,
I love this time of year HALLOWEEN it's so much fun to dress up like anyone you want and get away with it. For kids I'm sure it is especially exciting to be able to dress up like any super hero or even a princess. I know around Christmas time everyone loves to give out gifts well let's start a little early this year let's give away costumes to kids that have parents that can't afford a costume for their kids. Last Minute Planning

It doesn't matter how much you plan in advance there will be some last minute planning. I know everyone tries to do nothing but enjoy their time with family friends a few weeks before the big day. I agree I think you should spend that time to enjoy this big event happening here are a few helpful hints to help you through the last couple of weeks. 
1. If you can hire a wedding planner for just the 2 weeks before your event so you can just hand over all your stuff and vendor information to the planner and let go and enjoy this time. I know most people are limited to funds but trust me you will be glad you hired a planner so you can have fun and relax.
2. If you can not hire a planner make a list of things that need to be picked up or dropped off and give people tasks to do so you can relax leading up to your big day.

Baby Shower

I was invited to a Baby Shower yesterday and it was put together so well. I have to give it to the Alihassan Ladies you put together a really amazing Baby Shower. I'm so excited for the new momma to be Teena she is having twin baby boys I can't wait to meet them.

Kids at your party/wedding

Here is a question for the day: I have requested that my reception be a no kid zone but some of my family member have no where to put their kids and are bring them to the wedding what can I do to keep these kids from running around all night long?

This is an easy fix here are some options that you can use:
1. If you have the extra funds I would turn the bridal suite or your cocktail area into a kids zone after your guests are seated for dinner. Hire a baby sitter, hook up a TV with a few Disney movies, some kid friendly snacks. If you want to go the extra mile put together some arts and crafts for the kids. You can get some really cute things at Michael's Crafts also look for some great coupons from Michaels. This will allow the parents to enjoy their time at your wedding and the kids will have a good time as well.
2. Turn one of your tables into the kids table: Instead of linens put white parchment paper and give them some washable markers, stickers and stencils and let them go to town. Put together some small good bags with puzzles, little electronic toys, coloring books, board games, cards & other things that will keep the kids entertained and seated in their seats. I would also save some money on the center piece and put some snacks in the middle of the table for kids.
